this is what I got busy doing yesterday morning. and honestly? best damn cookies I've ever eaten. well, except maybe for these ones...
the recipe's from vegweb, if you want to have a go at it too.
I love that you can make them completely gluten-free if you'd like. I also love how chewy they are, yet the sides get kinda crispy. yum!
I used my muffin top pan in order to make them, getting 6 HUGE cookies out of the deal.
this is what Chaz had for his breakfast --->

it's a chocolate flaxmeal muffin, with sour cherry jam spread on it. I think this was the recipe I used, I'm not sure since they came out of the freezer.
and...

this was a simple banana chocolate smoothie. a big frozen banana cut in chunks, about a cup of plain soymilk [my favorite is Silk Enhanced], and a generous squirt of chocolate syrup, with a hint of whipped topping decorated with chocolate sprinkles. luxury much? ;p
no "normal" food was made. we're working on minestrone leftovers and simple salads at the moment, and no one's complaining. at least, not about the food! har har.
